Mold Department has professional mold processing equipment and years of experiences in mold design and production, which can provide customers with all kinds of plastic injection mold and alloyed tools. The plastic department has imported injection molding machines from Japan and Taiwan, and is equipped with automatic removal manipulator, independent thermostatic workshop, centralized drying / dehumidifying and feeding system, and provides all kinds of plastic ejection products to customers. The processing department has automatic two coating and two baking UV curing furnace, large four color printing machine, single and double color transfer printing machine, hand printing table, flat screen printing machine, roll printing machine, walking board table, large exposure machine and baking machine, providing products of all kinds of paint spray and product printing for customers. Quality control department has a complete quality inspection system, and the testing room is equipped with a variety of precision 3D / 2D testing instruments to ensure that the customer can meet the international standards of quality.

On the design and manufacture part of the mold, Dayin has its own mold workshop and professional mold processing equipment, providing mold development before production and mold maintenance during production. There have been cases of floor sweeping robots, household appliances, all in one PCs, keyboards and mice, mobile phone parts and shells, etc.

The injection molding part has injection molding machine, high-speed molding machine, vertical injection molding machine and blow molding machine with a variety of tonnage (120- 650T). Examples include high-speed forming of mobile phone casings, gas assisted forming of keyboards and handles, secondary ejection forming of packaging products, embedding forming to make an integrated machine, and interior decorative projecting to make plates and blow molding to make children's straws.

On the processing part, Dayin has 4 screen printing production lines and 3 painting production lines, and has the technology and experience on screen printing, printing, hot printing, radium carving, painting and others. The assembly part can be operated with hot melt, ultrasonic welding, UV glue welding and so on.

On the assembly section, Dayin has experienced management staff, various automatic and semi-automatic equipment and several multiple speed chains pipeline, and continues to improve efficiency and quality through continuous upgrading and optimization of equipment and processes on pipeline.
